TYRESE MAXEY

Philadelphia 76er point guard Tyrese Maxey created the Tyrese Maxey Foundation to strengthen communities by identifying and solving critical needs, providing families with resources and skills for personal growth and empowering them to become confident, impactful leaders who shape a brighter future. 

After Maxey's freshman season at Kentucky was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, he elected to enter the 2020 NBA draft, where the 76ers selected him 21st overall. Maxey is originally from Garland, Texas.
