Merging Vets and Players (MVP)
Merging Vets and Players (MVP) was founded in 2015 by Fox Sports NFL analyst Jay Glazer and former Green Beret and NFL player Nate Boyer to help combat veterans and former professional athletes transition to civilian life.
MVP brings veterans and former athletes together through team-based workouts, peer support, and honest group conversations. The organization works to rebuild the sense of identity, camaraderie, and purpose often lost after leaving the military or professional sports, while providing a lasting support network and resources at no cost to members.
