FRANK RAGNOW

Retired Center for Detroit Lions, Frank Ragnow’s Rags Remembered Foundation

Frank Ragnow, a force to be reckoned with on the gridiron, dominated college football at the University of Arkansas, earning All-American honors twice. Drafted by the Detroit Lions in the first round of 2018, he became a cornerstone of their offensive line. A four-time Pro Bowler with two All-Pro nods, Ragnow consistently delivered a punishing brand of football.

Off the field, he enjoys family life with his wife, Lucy, and their son, Jon Benson.
