American Paragons

American Paragons Foundation was founded by former bobsledder Shane Fischer to support underfunded Team USA Olympic and Paralympic athletes. 

The foundation provides financial support, career pathways, micro-grants, and adaptive equipment, with a focus on underfunded sports, women’s sports, and adaptive and para-athletic disciplines. Its mission is to give elite athletes the resources and stability they need to pursue their dreams and represent their country.
