Miami Dolphins, Ingold Family Foundation

Alec Ingold, NFL fullback on the Miami Dolphins, played college football at Wisconsin. He signed with the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent in May of 2019 and played there for two years. In March of 2022, Ingold signed with the Miami Dolphins. He is a two-time Walter Payton Man of the Year Nominee and was selected for the Pro Bowl in 2023.

Alec established the Ingold Family Foundation to cultivate environments of inspiration and motivation. He goes around the country speaking about his adoption, mindset through athletics, and mental health and wellness. Capture oversees the foundations strategic alliance, social media, and programs.
